CHENREZIG THANGKA

Avalokiteśvara or Chenreziq is a bodhisattva who embodies the compassion of all Buddhas. This bodhisattva is variably depicted, described and portrayed in different cultures as either male or female. In Tibet, he is known as Chenrezig, and in Cambodia as Avalokiteshvara.

Note: It is becoming more and more difficult to acquire real, mineral-painted Tibetan Thangka's. It takes about a year or more to make each one and now unfortunately there are very few who can. Not to mention that these Thangka's cost the buyer thousands and thousands of dollars. Our new style of Thangka utilizes the highest-quality printing process and is a bit flashier. The images are from the best versions of each deity/subject available and thus we can bring you these very high-quality works for a very good price.
